I have built up a selection of recipes which are scribbled down on pieces of paper all over the place.

I have been slowly transferring them to my e-book reader so that it is easy to find them! Although having my reader near me in the kitchen may prove to be a mistake.

I will slowly build up my portfolio of recipes here. Each recipe is either a standard classic recipe or is my own personal adaption of a recipe or even something straight from my own memory.
